We are SO excited to share our menu with you! We have a variety of delicious appetizers and desserts that will be served over the course of the evening in a cocktail style reception.
All our dishes will be TREE NUT FREE.

— what to expect —

Our reception might be a little different than other wedding receptions you have been to. A cocktail reception is a more casual styled celebration where guests are welcome to mingle, visit, and move around instead of sitting down for a formal dinner. There will be a ton of different appetizers that are filling enough to constitute a meal (so don’t worry about being hungry!) Think of it more like how a family BBQ would run - everyone eats and mingles freely while visiting over the course of a couple hours. Live music will help to set the atmosphere and entertain. There will be a couple speaches to help transition into the dance part of the evening. Then, following the first dance, the party will begin with a variety of entertainment depending on which wedding you attend. — THE PLAN —

• 3 PM Ceremony at Holy Spirit Parish
  Traditional Catholic wedding lasting around 1 hour, address is 114 Kingsmere Place, Saskatoon, SK
• ~4 PM Cocktail Hour at Glass and Lumber
  Due to minimal parking near our venue, we have left extra time for our guests to travel to the reception. If you want to avoid the hassle of parking downtown, use this time to check into your hotel, and then Uber to the venue using our promo code for a discounted trip! The address for Glass and Lumber is 432 20th Street West, Saskatoon, SK
• ~4:45 PM Wedding Party arrives
  Once the wedding party arrives at the reception, a couple quick housekeeping announcements will be made and we will kick off the evening with good food, live music, and drinks
• ~5:00 PM Cocktail Reception
  Around this time, our caterer will begin to set out food and pass appetizers around. The program is open for the next couple hours, so feel free to dig in, visit, mingle, and enjoy our incredibly talented live musician, Artie Balkwill! There will be over 16 types of appetizers and desserts, and an open bar on highballs, beer, and wine - so enjoy! Let loose and make your rounds to visit with friends and family!
• 6:00 PM Cafe Access Begins
  Once 6 PM hits, we also have access to the cafe that is attached to our venue, so wander over to enjoy that space and grab a cup of coffee or tea.
• ~7:30 PM Dancing, Karaoke, Party
  Once everyone has had plenty of time to eat and mingle, we will announce a few speaches. They will last a total of around 20 minutes. Following these remarks, we will cut our cake and kick off the party with our first dance! After that, the floor is open for dancing! There will be karaoke run in the cafe, plus we will have a few arcade machines in the bar area. There is something for everyone - It's time to have fun!
• ~11:00 PM Pizza Party
  We love a good late night snack - and we know you will need a little something after all that dancing and karaoke! Enjoy a few hot slices of pizza for our late lunch. The party will continue until 1 AM, so keep your energy up and enjoy!
• ~1:00 AM Time to Rest
  We have to clear out of the venue by 2:00 AM, so around 1 AM we will begin winding things down. Use our Uber promo code to get yourself a discounted safe ride back to your accomodations. Don't forget to grab your party favors on the way out - they are really important to us! The square boxes have Saskatoon Berry preserves in them to represent the brides home, while the hexagon boxes have a custom seasoning pack to make Cincinnati Chili which represents the grooms home. We hope you enjoy them!

  Non-traditional ceremony with personal vows lasting around 20 minutes. Street parking only, address is 220 4th Street, Aurora, IN
• ~5:30 PM Dinner at Third and Main
  Our ceremony location is right beside our recpetion location, so walk on over to Third and Main! We will be in their upstairs area and will enjoy a variety of appetizers and finger foods alongside desserts. Live music by the talented Jamonn Zeiler will set the atmosphere! The address for Third and Main is 223 3rd Street, Aurora, IN
• ~7:30 PM Dancing and Drinks
